Digital products and subscriptions
Pricing, trials, and refund terms are displayed before checkout. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded according to the relevant platform’s policies and process.
Website purchases
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases made directly through a JasonicTech website may be submitted for refund within 14 days. We may request order information to verify the transaction. Refunds may be denied where a product has been substantially used or downloaded, or where abuse is detected, subject to applicable law.
